Everyone is focusing on Covid, and a GA dimocrat has slipped this in.

As far as I can tell this bill would

Ban private party transfers
Ban normal capacity magazines
Ban most semi-auto rifles
Require a license to possess firearms already owned
Establish national red flag laws
Ban ghost guns
Removes civil liability protections from manufacturers
Require a license to possess ammunition

Let's get writing to our representatives

The fact that Ratskin "represents" both Frederick and Takoma Park says a lot about what's wrong with this state. Two very different cities 40 miles apart in a travesty of a district that would make Elbridge Gerry blush.

This is a Federal proposal, not Maryland. Raskin and the other chimps in Annapolis have nothing to do with it.

Raskin represents us at the federal level. He's the congressional rep from the 8th district. So if someone's trying to push a law through congress (rather than the state legislature) he's got plenty to do with it.
