This thread got me interested in doing this, and it looks pretty simple to do. I haven't seen any molds to cast "rifled slugs." Do they exist? Any links?

You can buy various slugs for reloading:
    https://www.ballisticproducts.com/Slugs-and-Components/products/71/

Or you can buy molds for making slugs:
    https://www.ballisticproducts.com/Slug-Molds/products/148/

I have not seen any rifled slug molds for sale but that does not mean they don't exist. The place to look for all things related to casting things to shoot is the Cast Boolits Forum, another good forum with a better search function than here, they have a number of threads on the subject and some people have made their own molds.

Thankyou for taking the time to send me those links. I just purchased a couple reloading books and a Lee Shot Shell Press. (Looked like a fairly simple operation until I want to get more involved with reloading) I also got a lead melting pot on backorder so I got some time to check out the best 12ga slug mold.

Where ever you can. Wheel weights from tire shops. Pure lead from old plumbing pipes, boat ballast weights. New metal from ROTO Metals. Be wary of shipping cost.....lead IS heavy. There are ways to beef up U.S.P.S. box to handle lead in a small priority box so it doesn't come apart in shipping. As stated earlier Cast Boolits is a wealth of info and good people willing to help.
