I wanted to experiment to see if I like shooting with a higher rib for Trap, but i didn't want to invest in the cost of a add-a-rib or acrually change the gun. A friend made up some alum. ribs for me, and I added them with two sided tape to a few guns. I have used it shoot with the Remington 1100 and I would like it. My wife also likes it and wants to try it on her Beretta. I coated the ribs with epoxy paint, before mounting them, and added a white bead. If they don't work out, no harm, they can be removed with fishing line to seperate from the old rib. Part of the fun of shooting is to play around with new ideas to improve.

That's pretty cool. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on them after testing.
