    exactly my thoughts

I think it is worth it to get rid of blast and concussion from any supersonic rifle round, but not everyone will feel that way.
What do you want to do with suppressed 5.56? If you want whisper quiet then it is not worth it. Honestly even suppressed subsonic .300blk from a semi auto isn't that quiet, around 130-135db.

my Witt machine integral suppressed 300 supposed to be mid 110's in db

    From their site

Extremely Quiet with little gas blow back typical of other suppressed designs

Short Suppressed length – overall barrel length is 18"

No change in POI or accuracy

    User serviceable titanium construction

Unsurpassed Cooling Rate compared to conventional cans

    300 Blackout Subs 117Db
    300 Blackout Supersonic 124Db
    .223 / 5.56 126Db

Thanks guys for the response. Makes perfect sense. That is why vids I see I hear the reflected sounds. Hear bolt mostly then real quick the reflected crack. Awesome.

Witt Machine is pretty notorious for not having used a real decibel meter to take those measurements. Also 117db is .22lr quiet.
