Add PayPal to the list. They shut of my account without warning because they found out I was transacting in "gun related" activity. Not even firearms, just gun related. Then they wouldn't turn it back on until they got documents that they wouldn't tell me what they wanted. I'll do everything I can to never use them again and I hope you will too!

Wow, that surprises me, because I just used PayPal to donate to the MSI and this site only yesterday. They didn't send anything to me telling me that I had to stop contributing, nor did they threaten to take away the use of my account. I would consider this site to be a "Gun Related" activity, wouldn't you? They should watch VERY CAREFULLY Just EXACTLY what they do as taking away my rights to send money to organizations that I support would be an attack on me personally under the definition of "discrimination". AND, of course, as we all know an "INFRINGEMENT" Of my Constitutional Rights. But who follows the constitution today anyway? (sic)

GE has taken full advantage of corporate cronyism. They have been paying, at least a couple of years ago, approximately $700K/day for lobbying/etc. to secure government favors, and pays no corporate tax. :sad20:

We had been endorsing and using them in our gun shop but guess we need to find another processing company before the June 9th effective date.

I've been using the Intuit version of the square unit. Works perfectly, and I don't remember seeing any exclusions. YMMV

Ge is a ward of the fed courtesty of the recent bond crisis.

When and if they recover I become a former stock holder.

Their consumer products are ...sub standard..

List of Anti-2A Groups and Individuals

Do you want to put your money where your mouth is?

Do you want to decrease the power of these groups and make sure they know it?

IF I can avoid it I choose not to spend money on a product or service if an Anti 2A Group or Individual is associated with it.

Voting with your dollars is an excellent way to remove power from these Anti 2A groups and individuals.

Here's a nice list for starters. Please feel free to add to it.

    The girl magazine: Cosmopolitan.

I was following a link from Everytown's twitter feed and found this gem:

    http://www.cosmopolitan.com/politic...al&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

"Cosmopolitan and Everytown are partnering for a campaign called Singled Out, to raise awareness among unmarried women of the risk for gun violence and the gaps in the law."

The article makes a jump from men who own guns to men who shoot ex-girlfriends with nothing short of intellectual poverty as the catalyst.

Colion Noir is right, this is a war on the media. Fathers: educate your daughters.

    Edited to add:

Ugh, wish I hadn't read the rest of that article, hopefully I can add this so you don't have to read this:

The article encourages single women to go through the flow chart of how to talk to your "guy" about guns.

One path of the chart says that if the guy did not buy the gun from an FFL then he must not be trust worthy.

Another says that if he bought the gun for self defense then he must have a propensity towards violence instead of "call 911, or yell your head off. Studies who that these methods are as effective as pulling out a gun. So if this guy is indicating that he needs that gun to prevent him from being attacked, that means that he considers violence as a reasonable response."

The end of the flow chart reads that even if the guy is following State and Federal law on storage that if he is not keeping the gun unloaded and locked up then he is a potential abuser because he doesn't respect that accidents can happen.

How did America get so dumb?

Because everything boils down to one thing: Sex. Telling the women to use it as an inducement and as a weapon. And guys think with their little head half the time, so it's only fitting.

The Left did the same thing in the '60's. Sex, drugs, and rock & roll!

It is a shame to see all the religeous groups against guns, Whatever happened to seperation of church and state? I think these churches need to focus on religion and not political issues.

    Primary focus is $$$$.
    Religion/political issues mere dalliances.

Therein lies the problem. Every business large or small's main concern is staying in business and in order to do that, they must make a profit. Getting sued a 100 times with petty BS law suits cut into those profits. In many cases the business makes a business decision to adopt policies to lower their risks. It has nothing, zero, nada, to do with politics.

Zealots, want you to believe these decisions are because the business is anti gun and that is just wrong headed. Take ebay and Paypal as an example. ebay had hundreds of law suits against them over high capacity magazines so they stopped selling them and other products that were not generating any profits, they were losing money instead. Go to ebay and search for "Gun Parts," and you will get as many as 200,000 listings.

I have personally, within the past year, bought on ebay, everything I needed to complete a custom Mauser sporter. Including Stock, Barrel, Timney trigger, scope, scope rings and bases, and even had my bolt forged, polished, and low safety installed. I paid with Paypal and saved lots of money on those items (30-06 take off Rem. 700 barrel, $30 shipped).

If the mindless zealots had their way, both these companies would be out of business. Answer this question truthfully:

Would gun nuts like me be better off if ebay and Paypal were forced out of business and, if so how?

I have to agree with RedHED. I've bought and sold lots of gun related things on eBay and paid for them with PayPal. I do contact work for a firearms store and send all of my invoices through PayPal without a hitch.
