I think when the couple accepted a plea deal one condition was giving up the firearms involved. Still...good to see the Governor follow through with the pardon.
The only guns they lost were the two at the scene. Kept others, and can buy more at will.
"Mark McCloskey is an absolute liar," she said. "He has spat on my name. And because of that, his day will come. You will not be successful in all that you're trying to do, when you are hurting the very people that are out trying to save lives … He can try it, but I will not stand by and allow him or our governor to hurt the very people that are doing the work that they should be doing."
Is Rep. Cori Bush threatening the couple?
And how were the BLM gang who destroyed a gate to enter private property "hurt?"

Nine Black Lives Matter protesters were issued citations for trespassing in connection with the incident but prosecutors refused to move forward. The couple's attorney said the demonstrators broke down a gate to get onto the private street and threatened them.
Prosecutors determined the demonstrators acted peacefully.
Somehow, STL Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) is saying that Mark McCloskey has spit on HER name. Really?
HTH is she involved in this?!?! She led a scream-fest in front of their house. Woo-hoo.
The embattled DA is the foil in this.
Following a pardon this week from Missouri Governor Mike Parson for pointing a gun at social justice protesters last year, Mark McCloskey filed a petition Thursday seeking the return of his guns that were confiscated after the incident.
Last week, Alan Pratzel, the state Supreme Court's chief disciplinary officer, filed a motion to have the law licenses for both Mark and Patricia McCloskey suspended, saying both crimes proved the couple showed "indifference to public safety" and "moral turpitude."
In court documents, he cited other Missouri cases in which lawyers were disciplined for crimes. He said their pardon has no impact on his request.
"In Missouri, a pardon obliterates a person's conviction, but the person's guilt remains," read court documents presented to the seven-member court.
Why shouldn't a lefty sitting in a position of power go after the McCloskeys??
There is absolutely no reason for him not too go after them??
Until the right starts to fight this like the left,, the left will continue.
The "good people" sit around hoping they will be "eaten last"
That's the difficult bit, isn't it?Until the right starts to fight this like the left,, the left will continue.

When the right starts to fight like the left ... everyone is the left.
Yup, they've got nothing to lose by trying these despicable acts. They need the fear of God put back in to them a little....whether that is through legal means or outside of them, they need to be afraid to try dumb sh!t.Why shouldn't a lefty sitting in a position of power go after the McCloskeys??

Now if a mob descended on Alan Pratzel's house, vandalized it, followed his kids to school, followed his wife (or husband) around. showed up at his work,, etc, etc. Then maybe he would think twice about using his position of power like this.
Not saying it is right to do that or people should,,, but remember when the supreme court refused to look at election fraud because of fear of rioting.
