I currently have a limited CCW for when I am working for a company that has ATM's. It says "
Valid between residence and work and/or engaged in any on-site or off site business activity for (company name). Not valid where Firearms are prohibited by law." The company was getting rid of the ATM part of their business and I purchased them from the company. How much grief is it going to be to get my CCW changed?

Are you now running those ATMs as your own business? If so, you should be an easy shoe-in for an unrestricted permit. The devil's in the details of your business arrangements.

So you aren't working for the company any more, hence you have no Carry permit. You have to apply as a business owner and get your own permit with your own company.

Well, he doesn’t really have to give up the permit, it’s just that if he doesn’t work for them any longer, the restrictions make it useless.

Apply for a change in your permit. Application in on the MDSP website and pay $10.00 You will say you are now the owner of the business and ask for an unrestricted permit. Should be easy. If have a problem finding the form just pm with email and I will send it to you.
