Not Able To Log-in to MSP Website (Email Hacked)

I am looking to change the address to where my machine gun is registered. A few months back my email that I used on the MSP website was hacked and I don't remember my password or username. Is there someone who I can contact in regards to updating my information and taking care of it? All of my class 3 and HQL information is attached to that log-in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if Cpl. Mike Cusimano is still in that division at MSP, but you might try emailing or calling him for help. Good guy! PM me if you need his email address.

[scratches head, bewildered] um, your email was hacked, but your account with the state police can't be accessed because you don't remember the password or username, because your email was hacked? :shrug:

i am inept at computer stuff but somehow, this doesn't add up.

When he signed up for the MSP account, he gave them an email address. If he ever looses access to the MSP account, they will send password reset instructions to that email account.

He has since lost access to the email account that he gave the MSP, so he can't have them send a password reset to that email for getting access to his MSP account.
