I always thought they were interesting and I really like the cocking action under the fore stock. Top-bottom:
M65 22 training rifle - serial numbers under 6K are reported to be USMC usage
M60 45 ACP rifle - designed primarily for military training and police use
M50 45 ACP Submachine gun not well liked by the Marines in WWII
    Reising sem-auto pistol

I'm missing the M55 folding-stock submachine gun. These are rare & expensive!

So, is the .45 rifle a semi? Would love to have the SMG but can't pony up the money for one.

Nice collection!!! I used to have an M50. It was my first transferrable full auto. Very nice to shoot, but I never really like the cocking mechanism. I eventually had a few other .45ACP full auto options, so the M50 was traded in.

LOL you know I do... <edit> I should rephrase that, RSIDEOUT knows I do :) </edit>
I've let go of the MC58 and some of the crappy condition pistols though.

The M60 is semi-only (the one in the middle in the OP's pic). But they aren't cheap either, and just over 3000 made.

BTW that M60 looks real early, polished blue finish and finned barrel, and the "recurved" trigger guard... double-digit s/n?

What happens when you don't heed the warning to only use standard velocity .22LR in the Reising pistol....

Ouch that sucks! I only shot mine a few times but I did use the standard velocity ammo. I had to buy some at the range as all mine were the high velocity. I did lose that small button that unlocks the slide.

I knew that it was only a matter of time until you came along with some Reising knowledge and insight!!!

Great thread! As a .22 trainer whore I have a couple Model 65s but that's it. Can say I shot a FA Model 50 many years ago. Ran well, enjoyable.
