So, just a reminder. Litigation isn't free and it is a lot of hard work. If you aren't a member of MSI, please join! www.marylandshallissue.org Don't be a free rider.....
It was a pleasure watching you fight all of the bills this year, especially when you pulled out a block of aluminum. I joined as a sustaining member during the last session in Annapolis, and I manned a booth at the Gettysburg gun show recently. Do you have any technical needs for this upcoming year? Daniel seemed interested when I mentioned my developer experience.

So does this mean that we will just receive compensation for having to get rid of the devices or could this over turn the ban and allow us to posses the devices again?

Right now, you get nothing because we haven't won (yet). If we win, the ban would be enjoined until or unless the state offered you compensation, the Fair Market Value of the item. Then the grabbers will have to put up $ or accept the injunction. It will be interesting to see how much they value this ban when it actually costs the State real money.

Petition for rehearing denied today. We have 90 days, plus any extension, to file a petition for cert. with the SCT.
