Are questions not being asked of China because the world is afraid of the truth?...that Covid was engineered in a Chinese lab and has destroyed lives and economies all over the world.

Seriously, why aren't any countries laying blame and accountability at China's feet? Something, lawsuits, money, sanctions, something....?

If it were up to General McArthur we would have already been at war by now.

China has the world by the balls. They’ve laid the groundwork for cheap labor/goods over decades and got the world hooked. Most of the base ingredients for pharmaceuticals come from China. In addition our country has a “President” that is owned by China. China is our puppet master. They own politicians, big tech, main stream media, Hollywood, etc.

Which court did you have in mind? Who would be the plaintiff(s)? Specifically, I mean. Are you thinking some sort of criminal prosecution? If so, which legal framework is in play, and under which law(s) would (who, specifically?) be prosecuted, and if found guilty, done what with? Or are you thinking of a civil suit? If so, in which venue/jurisdiction, with who as plaintiffs, and which entity in China as the defendant(s)? And if the plaintiffs prevail, what would be the penalty, paid how, by whom, with what sort of dragged out appeals process lasting for how long?

If it were up to General McArthur we would have already been at war by now.

So you're worried about deaths and the consequences of badly wounded economies, and think that an actual shooting war with China would make things better? That would completely destroy the global economy.

We do need to hold their feet to the fire so their alternate reality fiction about what happened is never transformed into what the world thinks is the truth.

But until we return to a government administered and legislated by people who understand we need to return manufacturing of critical items and materials to our own shores, we can't afford to cut off the only supplies we have for basic medicines, chips used in every industry, and countless other economy making/breaking items. Even if we were out from under D rule domestically, it would take many years of scrambling before we could safely cut most ties with (let alone start a shooting WAR with) China and not live to badly regret it.

The USA is not united. External agents are amplifying internal conflict and domestic enemies have been granted keys to the asylum. China will not be held accountable because the world is already positioning itself under the new CCP overlords. China is tyrannical and thinking long-term in a game of go while our people attempt to play checkers. Their belt and road initiative is giving them massive leverage in developing nations. It's allowing China to hold debt over these nations, insert their people into key positions, and control data flow. They're well ahead of us in developing 5g tech(which does NOT allow people to opt-out like 4g tech). While our people developing AI strike over social justice, China has been finding and funding their best and brightest to develop their AI programs.

At this point, we're a declining empire, ready to be taken over by China in the next couple decades. If history holds true, this means a BIG war is imminent. All the things we're seeing from the west at the upper levels may be an attempt to hasten the American decline to avoid this kind of war.

*****The above is a really good way of looking at the reality of what the OP has put forth. China has made some really good inroads into securing vital natural resources, and providing cheap goods and services that the rest of the world needs and is willing to pay for.

While we in the USA have been focused on things like Critical Race Theory, Gay/Lesbian rights, and not enforcing laws on the books with relation to illegal immigration and other related issues - China has also secured business relationships and ownership of resources within other countries that do not perhaps have the technology to harvest or develop their natural resources to their fullest extent.

China is playing the long game, and we as a nation are somewhat beholden to them at this time. Steps can be taken to mitigate this condition but it takes time and effort that does not seem to be a priority with the current administration. Truthfully, both sides don't seem to get what it happening, at least as far as people that make the decisions.

    Basically, things are not good.

China is also behind sowing the seeds of social breakdown. It’s something they’ve picked at for years knowing that it (racism) is our Achilles heel.

“We believe that Google should not be in the business of war,” says the letter, addressed to Sundar Pichai, the company’s chief executive. It asks that Google pull out of Project Maven, a Pentagon pilot program, and announce a policy that it will not “ever build warfare technology.”

China is tapping up its brightest students for recruitment into the country's smart weapons industry, as Beijing pushes to become a world leader in military research connected to artificial intelligence (AI).

The Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) is spearheading the AI drive, having recruited 27 boys and girls aged 18 and under for a four-year program to develop the country's most cutting-edge weapons research, the South China Morning Post reported.

A message on the BIT website explained that the new recruits would embark on an "experimental program for intelligent weapons systems." It said the 27 students had been selected from more than 5,000 candidates. The program was launched at the end of October at the headquarters of Norinco, one of China's biggest defense contractors.

....I'm sure this will end well...

Is it a coincidence that when Trump started putting a pinch on China trade and insulting them, that there was an “accidental” release of a deadly virus that upset the world economy? Asking for a friend.

I'm not a lawyer. Not claiming to be. But if I lost a loved one like many have around the world, I'd have a lot of questions for our Chinese diplomat/government (Congressman rep representing me) and would be calling often. I wouldn't go away either.

We are coping with the outcome. I'm just asking about culpability and how we got here.

Also, the head Chinese guy got up and made a speech recently referencing bloodshed to China's enemies. Neville Chamberlain is a good example of what happens if you let something go on long enough without doing anything. Because he didn't take Hitler seriously, and the world didn't either, Germany was harder to stop when good had to stand up against evil.

Let's draw that line....and declare it has already been crossed. We know where this is going, as much as you may want to avoid and deny it. THAT is why the right questions are not being asked.

China has manpower in spades. China is using it to accumulate wealth, they are using that wealth to build their country’s military and economic might, on earth and in space, and they have the potential to do that more quickly and ruthlessly than most other countries on the planet. Meanwhile, our country is being taken over by people who are busying themselves over climate change, feeling guilty about the color of their own skin and whether they should cut off their pecker or buy themselves a set of ****.

    Sarcasm off

History is littered with circumstances that seemed like all was lost and not worth it even trying. BUT against the odds and for the right reasons good has triumphed over evil many times.

    I believe in God.

many in government and business need to meet mussolini's end. now, a war with china would kill millions of innocents and the true evil will likely be unscathed. On another note, too many globalist elites have their fingers in this pie, here and in europe. we outsourced gain of function to third world, evil was done and is likely continued in other places in china.
