Of all the gun-related things I've ever bought, the one thing I never for a moment regret getting is my CZ 457.

If you don't own a 22LR already and want to shoot in 2021 (and maybe 2022), then paying the extra $100 premium you might pay to buy now will be made up pretty quickly compared to shooting your regular rifle's ammo, if you can find it. There's only so much dry-firing a man can tolerate.

Of course, I'm doing the thing I friggin' hate on every gun forum. Some guy writes in and says I want to spend X and everyone says no, spend 4X, no matter whether X is $250 or $1000. So, forget what I said and buy what you want and spend the rest on the golf clubs, the Disney trip for the kids, or whatever you intended for it.

I like that savage with the aperature sights. Is that special order? How much does it run?

Although a single stack like the CZ, the Savage mags can be less smooth to load.

I was actually looking to see if someone had a rifle or a complete setup for sale. Thanks for all the advice.

Adam M.

Ruger American, Savage B22, Ruger Precision Rimfire. Must have a threaded barrel.

Atlantic had a Savage B22 bull/target barrel threaded and Ruger American with threaded barrels today when I was there.
When I left, it only had the Ruger American
