Conceal Carry in Philly with a Berks County Isssued LTC?

I've read different things and I now some lawsuits may have changed some things. Headed to Montgomeryville, PA for a box lacrosse tournament for my son and we plan on hitting some spots in downtown Philly while there. Am I GTG in Philly with a PA LTC (Berks County)?

Not true. A PA LTC is valid statewide. Philly doesn't allow OC without a LTC.
