    Hey folks,

Just got the following from Firearms Policy Coalition, so I figured I'd post it here.

    [GBender326],

FPC has another urgent request for our Massachusetts and Maryland members who want to be able to get a Concealed Carry Permit (or License to Carry) but can not due to burdensome state laws! We are seeking to speak with individuals who have applied for and were denied a CCP in the last eighteen months.

If you or anyone you know, has applied for a CCP/LTC on or after April 2019 and have been denied, we want to hear from you immediately. Please fill out our hotline form at 2Ahotline.com and be sure to mention that you have applied and were denied. We also ask that you forward this email to any of your friends who might meet this criteria.

Paid for by the Firearms Policy Coalition. Not Authorized By Any Candidate Or Candidate's Committee.

Looks like FPC might get getting ready for another lawsuit, now that Barrett's been sworn in?

This is what I got from the FPC yesterday, but is regarding magazines not CCW's

"FPC has an urgent request for you - our grassroots army. So-called “Assault Weapons” and “high capacity” magazines are protected by the Second Amendment but several states refuse to recognize that right. We are seeking to speak with individuals in Massachusetts, Maryland, Connecticut, and Chicago, Cook County, or Highland Park, IL who would like to own an “assault weapon” or “high capacity” magazine but cannot due to state or local laws.

If you or anyone you know would like to lawfully possess a standard configuration semi-auto rifle that these states or cities currently prohibit, we want to hear from you immediately. Fill out our hotline form at 2Ahotline.com and be sure to mention the specifics of your situation. We also ask that you forward this email to any of your friends who might meet this criteria."

9th Circuit is still dealing with the "high capacity" mag case, so... Maybe it's linked to those? There's that Concealed Carry case out of Hawaii, too.
