    IMO this is the problem with Utah permit trying to cover multiple states. You would have to actively follow each of their legislative sessions, before traveling, to insure no changes have occurred that would invalidate your permit.

    OP, just off the top of my head and in addition to the Florida change you mentioned, Pennsylvania made some relatively small changes to stand-your-ground, but we had SYG before so...
