    Hello fellow enthusiasts,

I'm recently discharged and now that I'm easing my way into civilian life once again, I come searching for wisdom and advice.
In the future when this pandemic is behind us I'll be making moves to purchase land for tactical training and shooting that favors more dynamic training than I've seen available in the area.
While the military gave me a wide variety of skills, they forget to teach me about zoning laws and regulations, and the legal hurdles ill need to jump through to achieve this dream ... If anyone knows where I should start my research and perhaps give me some pointers I believe it will greatly benefit anyone and everyone that wants a reliable place to sharpen their skills.

    Thanks in advance,
    SG

Are you talking about doing this commercially, or is this more about personal use/hobby/friendly guests? And, are we talking about Maryland, or would you consider someplace like WV? Need bigger picture for more helpful answers/experience from folks.
