If you're an FFL03 you should familiarize yourself with the laws. Assuming you're not, any gun becomes C & R at 50 yrs of production. Certain guns may be added to the C & R list if petitioned by museum curators or similar as "curios" for some reason. The CZ -82 is an example of the latter. So yes, some are C & R regardless of age.
