I tried to purchase a KS-47 from them, directly through their website, and have it shipped to a Maryland FFL.

They denied the sale saying they wouldn't ship or sell AK style rifles to Maryland individuals. But, they would sell the parts separate, to be assembled by the individual.

Then they said I could purchase a rifle, if I was a Law Enforcement Officer and could provide them credentials and a letter from the dept saying this would be a duty weapon.

Not being a LEO, I contacted an FFL who said they would order it and sell it to me. The item was listed as "in stock" when I paid for it at the FFL and 4 months later, am still waiting on the rifle.

What have they said about the situation? Or are you unable to check since it was purchased by an FFL instead of by you?

I can't check since it was made by the FFL. I've talked to the FFL a couple times and they have been more than apologetic about it. But, they are as stuck as I am.

I did not realize this had not been resolved.

I spoke with the FFL today and was told they had sent a shipment of his items to a different dealer and shipped items to him that were for another dealer.

He told me the were correcting the information and he was waiting on updated tracking from them and he hopes to have it resolved in a couple weeks.

We'll see what happens. If there is no resolution at that time, I'll see if he will refund my money and let me put it towards a suppressor. If I had done that in the first place, I'd be halfway towards getting the stamp completed :lol2:
