    I don’t see any reason they can’t be used more than once, if you’re careful.

    From what I have read, the holes in the jig for the pins are designed to center the drill bit for you which is why they are a little cone shaped. The cone is destroyed in the drilling process. Also, they state not to use a drill press for the pins, I don't remember if you stated how you drilled them.

    I have found that using a press is THE best way to drill pin holes. Do not drill all the way through to the other side. Flip the jig over and drill that side separately. I then take a hand drill and true the opposing holes to each other by running the bit all the way through at that point.

    The jig should be reusable as long as care is taken not to mung up the pilot holes.

    ETA- I OPed this at 6am. Hmmm...
