I'm looking for a BP revolver so I can make it into a snub nose. Why, because I am bored of sitting inside with nothing to do. Too cold for me to go out.

I'm not looking for collectables, as I plan to chop it up I don't care about scratches, dents age etc.

I have a line on a couple cap and ball pistols that need TLC.
Just need to pick them up and been dragging my feet.
Need to contact my buddy and get them from them.
They’re prolly Pietta clones maybe army/ navy. He told me one was a little rougher than the other so it may be just right for cutting down. They could be easily worked over.
Let me know and I’ll call him.
Might have to wait until I can catch up with him at the range shouldn’t be a problem he told me no rush to get them he would hold them.
If it’s something you think you may want to check out just say so. I’ll ring him up.

Thanks Doc. Hang loose as one other member told me he will send pics tonight of what he has . The ideal revolver is a non historical Pietta 1851 in .44. This revolver was never made by anyone in the Civil War so I don't feel bad about chopping it up. I will look at others though.
