    Glad to see it worked out. I would guess a few light spins of a chamfer tool in the pocket might have helped. Pretty crappy of starline

    Yes, because there is no way the pins removed as much material as that. There my be a very small burr oe something from head stamping or something causing the issue and tumbling or chamfering fixes it.
