yeah it's the one box or one pound limit, and then full shipping and hazmat fees, that is making everything so expensive. of course it's not cheap to begin with, but tacking all those fees on a qty of one is making it ugly.

They used to only let you get 400 at a time but it varies from day to day. Usually have powder if don’t mind compromising. Prices are fair

Exactly. Midway has a 1,000 limit on primers. At least Brownells let’s you order 2,000.
