    Here's some more info:

    1. Ser. A429621M

Both 18-inch barrels. Left side of barrel, before receiver:

Has what appears to be an hour glass shape in a box, with KM. So, is this May 1992?

    2. Ser. A574579M

Has what appears to be an hour glass shape in a box, with EM and a larger stamped 85 after. So, is this Oct 1992?

I'm really happy with these. I got hooked up! Any info. about these would be appreciated. I'd like to buy an identical sling to match the one I got. Any ideas of what it is and where to get it? Shout out to Tyler Firearms for the transfer.

Nice, both mine are 1992 as well

As for the sling, one of mine has a manufacturer tag:

I have an AM and a CM. The CM also has the 85 marking noted above. Perhaps an assembly room or something.

Those first two links don’t look right at all. I think those are to replace bead sights. These guns have factory Remington rifle sights that were replaced with night sights.

I’m not sure if you need to find 870 rifle sight specific sights or if a particular handgun model sight will work.

    Well, we’re waiting!!!

Yeah, it’s not like he’s busy counting his karma prizes.

Bro, do you need me to drive you to United?

So sorry guys, I finally made it to United today and overall I am very pleased. Very little wear, a few dents in the furniture here and there but the action is really smooth and the trigger feels great. Two "complaints" but not really complaints.

    1) Night sights lost their night lights but to be expected. I might look to replace them but not in a rush

    2) Furniture wood is mismatched perhaps cobbled from two guns but this is purely cosmetic so kinda whatever. Fore end is a uniform wood grain whereas the stock is vertically striped. Kinda hard to see in the pic but noticeable in person.

Edit: I'm stamped CM so April '92 with a larger Q following the CM. No idea what the Q signifies

Honestly it looks fantastic in the photo. Great score!

I also got a CM so I’ll bet ours are close in serial nums
