No. Same case. The July 2020 was to deny an emergency appeal. I had thought the July 2020 was a different case.

To not allow the emergency appeal on a very clear case of 1A religious freedom still sends the very wrong message of a constitutionally squishy court.

The fear of covid was rampant last summer. All rational thought was chastised, in favor of the panic.

Not to mention, RGB was still alive at that point in time.
