    Summary: He was carrying an AR15, not a handgun. His youthful appearance gave the impression he was under 18, close in time to Parkland shooting and walking towards/near a school he might have been a student at, dressed to look like a soldier in a black tank top and camo pants, etc.
    No comment from the court on the officer calling Walker a "c**ksucker" repeatedly during the encounter other than saying the officer "became heated."

    The Trump appointee on the panel concurred in the judgement, and would have upheld the district court based on the officers' qualified immunity.

    The 4th Circuit is the new 9th.
