Anyone ever used these guys ??
I have a NFA item on the way to my dealer and looking to set this up and get it going. Since i dont have alot of time on my hands daily for me to meet with someone local i was thinking online would be the best route with me getting it notarized at my bank .

Anyone used ... Gun trust Guru prepared for them by Jim Willi

or any other Online service ?

    Didn't see your original post.

I used the gun trust guru software to set up a trust for my suppressor. Filed in late March 2019; still waiting.

I liked that I don't have to submit a list of items, and I can (I think) add non-NFA guns to the trust, which will make life easier for the people and weapons I eventually leave behind. Too early to tell how that will work out.

The common advice is to NOT add non-NFA items to your NFA trust.

How would a trust help when you pass (for non-NFA) items? Just make a will.

Wills get probated, which takes time, and are public record. Trusts are immediate - do not go through probate - and contents are not public information. Or so I understand.
