I took the plunge and bought one of these using your sign up and link. Ive been needing a scope and the price compared to reviews was right. I figure if I upgrade at a later date this one will always be in the family. I have an older, well built/heavy duty tripod I plan on putting this on so hopefully won't experience the issues of being front heavy. Thanks again for posting the link.

for you guys looking for a storage Option for it, i bought this tool box at Harbor freight for under 20.00. it works very well to protect the scope.

Yeah fhe first time I ordered. I was mad about the wait cause I didnt know. Now it doesn't bother me

It does! I saw on a forum that a guy got the same scope, and decided that the cover was stuck so he used a dremel to cut it off. Said he spent an hour. But you are right, unscrew it (lefty loosy) and you are good.

Me too, although other highlighted sale items that I've gotten via Dvor in the past have sometimes taken 3-4 weeks. They make good on their promise of price even if they sell out of on hand inventory.

It doesn't take long to ship.. the problem with my first Item was i didnt think about the fact that the sale was running for like 1.5 weeks, well due to that they don't ship until the sale is over. I didn't realize that when i ordered so i was pissed till i figured it out. :lol2:

No problem, Yes the case works well. I keep in it.. Glasses, spotting scope, tripod, and a set of earmuffs and can hold a few more things when needed.
