So some of you Prob noticed i listed a few things in the last few days and i might list a few more to offset the cost of the new guy but we will see.

First Lets say i thought on the auction that it was blued and i think that its Not correct However i bid accordingly Cause after all, Blue can be removed if i want.

The auctions dont say much ya know. Just what it is and you have to hope for the best which is a little nerve racking when your spending a crap ton of money. There is a little split in the stock i will have to repair before i am comfortable shooting it BUT.. Here is the new Addition. Hope ya like it.

    here are the Auction Pics...

Yes, it should have a Parkerized finish on the metal...
Also check that the numbers on the barrel and the barrel lock collar match.
Those are the only numbers that should match on a Johnson.
Always a good idea to measure headspace on these before shooting.

Does it still have the bolt hold-open?

Stocks are unobtanium so be careful with the repair...

Bolt hold open works. Thanks for the info

Edit... just looked both numbers same.

I'm a little uncomfortable having a lot of men congratulating you on your Johnson. But I have to admit, that's a nice one.

I am not ashamed to say I am jealous of your Johnson. I am trying not to spend too much time looking at it, but I think you are getting pleasure out of showing it off.

Congrats! Great looking Johnson! I've always dreamed of getting one after seeing Lou's on display shortly after he opened up shop in Mount Airy. It probably won't happen unless I save up some serious dough though
