    Past my scope as DIY.

Wind damage in area. I want repair. Willing to talk to neighbors to see if they get onboard as my issue is not alone.

That sucks man. It has happened to me twice in the same spot. First time they just pinned it back up, second time it had to be replaced. The guy had to bend it himself, as no patterned one was available.

Fascia coming off when installed like that is common. Ryan is known for cutting corners and cost as such. No drip is also common on their jobs.

Do they still use that thick cardboard for the exterior wall sheathing? I don't think you can build a house cheaper than Ryan Homes..

I would normally be able to take care of that, but I am booked solid through the Summer. Good luck!
