I have an HK SP5 I would love to SBR. Has anyone in MD figured out a way to do this (assuming MD still has the 28” or whatever OAL requirement). Also...I have 2 cans on a Form 3 at my dealers place in AZ that I need to get up here and onto a Form 4 to my trust. What NFA dealers in the area are decent and don’t charge an arm and a leg for transfer fees?

    Thanks!

    Frederick
Try Brian at South Carrol Sporting Goods, he is an IP here and less than 1/2 drive from Frederick.

unfortunately the only way to get up to the 29" requirement is an AR style stock or to heavily modify an A2 stock. There is a whole forum dedicated to this
