    Sooooo... given recent events, if Trump does get a 3rd pick, what does the next session look like?
    Still a lot of gun cases waiting. Mag Restrictions, Scary-Gun Bans, National Shall-Issue Carry.

    I think we’ll need another thread for the cases that still are in the pipeline. Young is the big one when CA9 rules, which could be a year or so.
    I’m curious whether another round of CA2-4 carry cases will also be filed to try to get to scotus ASAP
