I'm looking hard at the online fab mounts, are they sturdy? Any issues?

I have the elevated quick change system. Just like any other setup, as long as your table or bench is sturdy then you are good to go. I really like their storage rack for extra presses too.

Last couple days I reloaded 150 45acp and 200 38 special and I have come to the conclusion that I need to upgrade to a progressive press, or at least a turret.

Loaded up 500 5.56 with 24gr varget and hdy 75gr bthp. Down to my last brick of small rifle primers. Going to have to plan a day to start checking all the shops within driving distance.

A fellow member told me that Molly's on the Eastern Shore of MD had them and was asking $135 a brick. I hope things are better in West By God Virginia.

During the last great 22LR ammo shortage, Molly's had CCI Mini-Mags at ~2.5X their normal price. These folks don't hesitate to walk down the demand curve when they can. Molly's customers exist to maximize profit.

Yikes I don't need them that bad. I've been picking up a brick of large rifle and large rifle magnums everytime I go to RSP in falling waters. They haven't had any small rifle in awhile. Hafers had some last i was there but limited to 200 per person. If they still have any I may just start stopping in everytime I come home from the farm and picking up my limit. Crazy what things have come to.

Did a bunch of .308 annealing this morning. 1/3 of it is in the wet tumbler now.

Video of the machine working -- it does about 18-20 per minute.

Loaded some 9mm on my 650XL, but the station one locator popped out and got damaged somehow, so now I'm sucking wind until Dillon gets me a new one (supposedly shipping in a week?). Should have enough ammo to shoot the matches I've committed to, though. That said, I could probably effect some ad-hoc repairs with a file, so I may give that a try tonight.

I borrowed my brothers Hornady LNL AP to resize 392 pieces of 5.56 brass and deprime 88 pieces of 9MM brass I managed to save from my 9MM AR. I definitely need to get a LNL AP of my own for calibers I shoot a lot of like 5.56, 9MM, and 300BLK.

I’m patiently waiting for Powder Valley to ship my Hornady Iron Press so I can start loading. I may load the 5.56 while I have the AP still.

Loaded up some paper-patched 577/450 rounds for a "new" (in 1880) Martini-Henry carbine, to do a workup to see what is most accurate in that rifle. And made sure my health insurance was current because i'll probably need some work done on my shoulder after the range day. Shooting these old BP cartridge rifles is a blast, but they were designed before the word "ergonomics" existed in the English Language.
