    Is there anything we can do to fight this? Carroll county is supposed to be a 2A sanctuary.

    Carroll County passed the 2A Sanctuary Resolution in response to the so-called Firearm Safety Act of 2013. It declared that no County resources would be spent to enforce any unconstitutional provisions of the FSA of 2013. The CC Sheriff (Ken Tregoning) and CC States Attorney (Jerry Barnes) at the time were in sync with the resolution, and the County Commissioners at the time were also much more conservative than the current crop. AFAIK the Resolution was never rescinded. It was largely symbolic. Several other MD counties adopted similar resolutions.

    Time to start getting to know the deputy sheriff's and sheriff too.
    I'd bet many of ERPO comes from people on social media more the issue.

    Dewees is an former MSP sycophant who lacks any semblance of free thought or integrity in regards to constitutional rights.

    You'll notice that the "Carroll County Times" link provided is a Baltimore Fish Wrap link. They own Carroll paper news now, and have for some time, so you can filter the bias if you are expecting actual Carroll Co. news.

    So much for the Sanctuary County resolution passed 7 years ago.

    As someone else pointed out, it was a "2A sanctuary" as far as FSA13 was concerned.

    It's unerving the amount of Biden signs I see in the county.

    I've watched the "progression". You can even watch it happen right here on MDS if you pay attention.

    Carroll Co. is to Maryland what Texas or Tennessee is to California or North Carolina and Florida are to New York. Its not a matter of relocating from bad policy anymore, its a mission to spread and infest. Its on purpose.

    At some point, free Americans will run out of places to flee and have to make a stand.

    yea, most likely. I get it. I do often talk to and email Sheriff Jenkins.
    Talked to some deputies and Frederick Police too. ERPO's here are from people response to social media. so I'm very careful not to posting much about firearms, keep a tight lip and conceal what I have.

    ERPO's. Factors demonstrating possible risk include:

    alarming behavior and statements;
    unlawful firearm possession;
    reckless or negligent firearm use;
    violence or threats of violence to self or others;
    violating peace or protective orders;
    drug and/or alcohol abuse; and/or
    information contained in health records.

    I only skimmed a couple of months, but it looks like Anne Arundel County is the winner hands down on the number of ERPO requests filed monthly.

    I believe Anne Arundel county is by far and away the leader for almost every year thus far.

    Here are the numbers for 2019:

    Her are the numbers for 3 months of 2018:
