    Yes you can. The temperature differential on my FLIR thermal scope is out of this world, to the point you can count the hairs on someone's head from a few yards away - now, if the zoom won't permit adjusting out the focus, YMMV.

    The breach is very nice. It has the newer, denser sensor, so is uses less power and has really great detail. There is some frame-dragging lag, and it often resets the sensor to handle differentials. It also runs off CR123s or USB power. Built in compass and picture-taking, which can be useful. The mini-rails on it are a pain in the ass -- I taped over them with gaffer tape because they are intensely uncomfortable to grip.

    Hooking it to a helmet with a j-hook adapter works (JDAPT). Even though it kind of feels like a PVS14, do not attempt to navigate in darkness with it alone.
