New rules posted for testimony - pay close attention to:

Requirement to register on the MGA website if intending to testify in ANY manner (Video or Written)
Incredibly tight timelines for submitting written testimony
Incredibly tight timelines to register for the Video testimony lottery system

Changes to Committee Membership:

Sen Ready moved to Finance
Sen Young moved to Budget & Tax
Sen Bailey moved from Education, Health, & Environmental Affairs to JPR

Yet another reason to not comply. If we get cut out of the legislative process even further...than fug em...no duty to follow laws repugnant to the constitution.
