Jamie Ratskin gets hammered here by the NRA-ILA for being the Lying Third World Leftist he actually is.
Ratskin deliberately (mis)construes Our Constitution to fit Maryland’s Third World Marxist intent to nullify our God-given Rights.
Ratskin asserted this Bloomberg/Soros leftist lie during this AWB of 2019 hearing.
Ratskin has no peer for his anti-American sophistry.
It is grotesque that Ratskin claims to be a “Constitutional scholar” when he in fact gleefully serves The Party as a mouthpiece of the Democrats’ anti-Constitutional propaganda in Congress:

In the very first paragraph of the Q & A format Dianna salutes a certain inspirational “gentleman” during her own testimony:
... a gentleman in the audience interrupted the hearing and asked to testify on behalf of the millions of gun owners who would not comply with an unconstitutional law. I turned around and saw the shirt he was wearing that said, “we will not comply.” In my testimony, I refer to him and say, “I’m with the gentlemen that was escorted out, I will not comply.”
