    No . He's looking for " a means of compliance not originally intended by MoCo Council " , as regards 21-22 .

    But as noted , the wording would apply to everything that goes Bang .

    Spitballs thru a soda straw conceivably fall under this law; rubber-band launched paperclips are felony material.

    Our entire legislature and most county governments are fully staffed by the pencil-necked dweebs of our distant youth, and fully supported by their terrifying Karens.
