No worries. I’m just glad Trump’s presidency is over.

But closer to home I hate these MD magazine laws. Ten rounds is depressing.

    Did you vote for Biden?

He wants to make the ten round limit to magazines nationwide then you could not travel to an adjacent free state and buy a standard capacity magazine.

And he want you to register all magazines you have that are over ten rounds and pay a $200 tax for each one.

Man I get it. I would not want other states to be limited like here in MD. But still....Trump had to go. He is a disaster by the likes of which you have never seen!

    Why specifically?

I don't mean to sound condescending, but I've found when people say that and I ask that question...it's usually because that's what they've heard from "others" and what the media has told them.

When I ask them to expound on a specific policy (immigration) or a specific incidence (e.g. calling white supremacists "good people" or Mexicans "rapists and murderers) and explore it their arguments fall apart.

Also, when I ask them to cite a specific example of a success, they can't. To me, that's also telling in that they are not getting a holistic view of the President and exposes a bias.

    This^^

Never hear anything to substantiate these statements form the lefties. Just more diversions from the subject at hand.

I have been called every name under the sun for four years. Civil discussions go away from my rights are continually being taken and I am being told I am unreasonable.

True. If you already have them then you are grandfathered in. You can always go to say the National Gun Show (I wanted to go to the Nov. one too) and get high capacity magazines.

I believe read on this forum in another section that if you were defending yourself in life or death situation with high capacity magazines you can still be in legal trouble for using them. How true is this?

Sorry. That should say high capacity magazines. My apologies.

Magazine round capacity is irrelevant to Maryland in re a self defense shooting.

Regardless if you use a 30+ round mag, or a cap and ball pistol, if you defend yourself in Maryland they are going to do their level best to make you feel like you got butt-f%cked by an elephant.

    Mitch McDeere approves.
