Just read today PA DLs soon will no longer be valid forms of ID for TSA. Not sure how MD is acceptable since you can be an illegal and get one.

There are around 30 or more states whose IDs don't meet Real ID requirements. All are on waivers. PA took the extra step and told the Feds to GFY with Real ID by passing a law that said they'd never be compliant. Federal installations in PA no longer accept PA licenses as the sole ID. The fact anyone, dead or alive, legal or not, can get a MD license really makes me mad.
