If they're busy and can't complete the process on the spot then you are merely dropping it off and leaving. No sense driving there for that. I've tried at least twice and they were too busy to process. We went in 2 days when we got the letter in the mail that everything was OK and that's when they took the pic and produced the card (and took our $20
).
