    You do not want screw together rods at all. Dewey or Pro Shot steel are 2 good ones. I have a few Deweys but they are coated. If were to buy more it would be Pro Shot polished steel. The Otis pull thrus come in handy for the range. Another good option is The Patch Worm by 20/20 Concepts in Westminster. You can google them for the specifics but they are great to carry in your bag.

    I have to look at the handgun size. I want to get the 22 rifle one for my AR and 10-22. I am using the bigger one for the Mosin and SKS. They do work well.
