    Good Morning,
    I was looking at the categories for gun clubs/ranges and only found 2 entries. Is there a list somewhere, of active clubs?

    If your looking to find a club in your area share a general location and I'm sure someone will be along with a recommendation.

    If that's not what you're looking for, why would you need a list of all active clubs?

    If you live near Central Maryland and need a place to shoot and/or a club, you may want to join one of 30 or more clubs which together maintain and use the Associated Gun Clubs Range near Marriottsville.

    If you join any of those clubs, you can get a membership to use the ranges.

    Some clubs have lots of activities, shooting events, etc. (Arlington, Monumental), some clubs have a narrower focus (Maryland Rifle, Marriottsville Muzzle Loaders), while some clubs have few or no meetings and mainly exist in order to allow access to the ranges (Baltimore Rifle).

    (You can also get a range badge/range access by joining Maryland Shall Issue.)


    Go to the Associated Gun Clubs website. From there follow the link to the list of clubs. Follow each clubs link for more specific information.

    I'm sorry, I really should have specified that. I'm in Bowie. I'm looking for a club that provides classes and lessons for me and my family, and also can assist us in getting into hunting.
    I've exposed my kids to fishing and they love it, but want something more than allen pond. Turkey hunting has been a topic of discussion for a while.
    Lastly, I would also like to just make some face to face connections with like minded people.

    Berwyn Rod and Gun Club is not far from you, and they hit most of the high points. They're not cheap, though.
