ID this handgun

I thought HiPoint with the goofy bore-axis, but don't they have the ejection port on the side ?

This guy is hitting banks in NoVa, AACo and Charles. This picture is from a security camera during the robbery of the Waldorf SunTrust.

Picture copied from somdnewsnet, but I believe it is from a FBI news release.

There is a 30k reward. So if you know the guy....

It might just be the angle of the pic but I do not think its a real pistol. The front half of the gun looks to be canted up some.

Those pictures are stills from a video. CMOS type sensors as they are used in many surveillance video cameras can create odd artifacts if articles are moved across the field of view. So while it looks crooked, I suspect that this is artifactual.

But yes, this could well be a replica, airsoft etc.

Confirmation that the fisheye camera is warping the gun is that the ceiling is curved, too.

Honestly, it looks like a Kahr PM9 or a Sig 239. It's hard to tell from the smaller picture.

I initially thought Glock also, but the barrel does not extend past the front of the slide.

It would fit the low bore and the distinct notch at the ejection port.
