congrats on your new AR.. a couple years ago I bought the Magpul D60 60 round drum at the Nations Gun Show in VA.. don't see why you couldn't from PA.

You can. The law says you can't buy, sell or transfer a high capacity magazine here in Marylandstan but possession is completely legal.
It's my understanding that you can possess mags over the arbitrary 10 rounds in the PRMd, you just cannot transfer said mags. Oh, by the way, nice rifle!
