Figured we were going to be talking about the newest saviour of Baltimore City for a while... so might as well start a new thread for it.

The Charm City Wunderkind has already announced his first priority for his first day as Mayor... you guessed it... getting the "gun problem" under control. Yep... not crime control or criminal control... gun control.

Honestly, Baltimore can continue to do whatever it wants to itself. I have no use for it. But what scares me is what awaits us in a couple of years when Brandon decides he wants to run the state. He is young, energetic, ambitious... and very very socialist. Governor Scott would be a nightmare. I'm not sure which would be worse, him or Baron von Frosh.

2 out of the last 3 elected Mayors have wound up on prison... and the third allowed the city to burn. Jack Young looks like a Rock Star compared to them. My guess is that Brandon will follow in the footsteps of self dealing... but that is just my gut.

Mr. Scott is so wet behind the ears , he will be swayed with some jingle coming his way and be caught . They will keep getting what they are getting ...Losers and opportunist . The voting population has shown me so much this election that they are dumb , stupid or uneducated or all of the above .

I have made up in my mind i will no longer go anywhere in the city and spend my money unless for my job . No more dinners or the chicken box arena i will spend my money in some other Maryland dump .

I haven't spent a dime in Baltimore City in over a year, and I feel OK about that. There's some restaurants i really like, but not enough to warrant risking my life and to finance that corrupt city.

So, 4 more years of demanding more money from the state, blaming everyone for the city's problems (except the actual responsible parties) and of course graft, corruption and incompetence.
    Same as it ever was.

Criminal control would mean going after the very people who put you in office ?

Look, Baltimore's 'gun problem' is pretty simple. The Baltimore thugs use a salvage company to pull out all those guns that get lost in the Bay due to boating accidents. Apparently the pickings are good and likely to get better. Scott just needs to focus on cleaning up the Bay!:lol2:
