I have never ordered through the mail, but I have bought about 5K of their bullets in 9mm, .45, and .40, and they worked fine for me. I use the 9mm mostly for IPSC and the .45 and 10mm for recreational shooting, and haven't had any problems with this brand of bullets. It's just the Glocks that have problems, but it's the glock's fault, not the bullet, and I had to change the stock glock barrel with a conventional rifled barrel.
