First off, have the seller verify either "HBAR" or "HEAVY BARREL" stamped onto the rifle, doesn't matter where. It just has to be there.
Second look here for a FFL close to you, and call them to find out. Don't be upset with the FFL, because their just trying to protect their own livelyhood.
