    I could not find it in the list H&K USC 45 16 inch carbine. Any info? Legal in MD

    Other than those that are named in statute, it is only a list of firearms that MSP assumes are banned based on their interpretation of the law.

    There is absolutely no requirement in state statute for the list, and there are many, many rifles and shotguns that are legal for sale in Maryland, they are NOT required to be on any list.

    I think he merely meant to say that his personal 'want to buy' list keeps growing.
