An expensive addition for cases that stretch, is the RCBS X die. Much cheaper than a Dillon case trimmer and, if used in the same rifle, it works pretty good. I have one for my .223, 30-30 and .8x57.

Spent 2.5 hours cranking out blaster grade 223 and 9mm. Total waste of time, but given ammo prices these days, it probably saved me something like $200. I'm shooting in the PNTC 2man 2gun tournament in September, so I need to build up a buffer.

The reverse ejection kit on the Lee Turret is a total game changer for cranking out 223 quickly... not as good as a Dillon, but a damn sight better than trying to crank it out on a normal turret or single-stage.

I was prepared to load another 600 9mm this weekend I got about 140 done and went to grab another can of cases. Doh...they were .40cal that I thought were 9mm. I cant believe it but I’ve got about 1600 pills, plenty of primers and powder but I’m all out of 9mm cases. I might have to beg shooters at AGC this weekend to let me sweep up their spent shells.

    Simple "cleaned it", "cleared it"

Just picked up another Star (45acp) auto index/casefeeder
waiting on some charge bars to come.
2 more CH Autochamps 9mm / 44...so.. running out of real estate
    Built another 4'L x 2'W x 34"H Bench.
    Does that count???

Gotta start reloading again big time..
    Have some brass "prepped"

    9....just a little....;);)

I just finished load testing some 38 Spl 148gn HBWC from the few bullets I have left. I shoot these out of a 1851 Colt with a conversion cylinder on it. I found that 3 grains of Titegroup or 3.8 grains of Unique will give me a 1 1/2 inch group off the bench at 20 yards. That's saying something considering the bullet has to bump up from .358 to .380 when it hits the barrel. ;)

Unless brass prices shot through the roof when I wasn't looking, you can usually hunt up 1000x 9mm cases for about $30. Personally, I'd rather pay a bit to be able to keep cranking than try to play the "find more brass cases on the ground" game.

(The pro-gamer move is to simply pick over the action shooting bays the afternoon after outlaw steel or multi-gun.)

I started prepping 100+ 7.62x54R cases (I don't shoot corrosive ammo). In the last month I've loaded:
    100 7.7x58 Japanese 174 grn RN
    100 .30-40 Krag 220 grn RN
    222 .30-06 168grn OTM
    500 .30 carbine 110jsp

    WOW

I guess that's why you're using (soft lead?) HB bullets with it. Base opens up as it enters the barrel.

Yup. They make "healed bullet molds" that you can use with 38 Colt cases but it is a pain and much easier to use HBWC bullets. Unfortunealtely, these bullets are usually only used by Bullseye Shooters. Bullseye shooters have been on the decline for years and now bullet makers are only doing special runs for these. There are about four companies that make them but they are all out of stock presently except for Precision Delta but their bullets look to be made of gold after looking at their price.

Over the last week put together enough .223 to fill my current inventory of ammo boxes in which it is stored.

Over the last month, completed filling all of the .38 special, 9x25 Tokarev, 9mm, and 9x18 Makarov ammo boxes except two for which brass is lacking.

Looking in my handload cabinet gives me a good feeling, now.

Loaded a batch of 7.62x54R to ladder test for my M-44 last night.

This is the first time since beginning this hobby that I can say, I am completely caught up. Must be time to ad a couple more calibers!

Good idea. I was there last Sunday morning. I could have probably grabbed a bucket before the match started.

    Nice.

I am still early. I've got a good loads worked up for 9mm, 38spc, 9mm Mak and .45acp. I still have to test my 32acp load (hopefully early next week). I also am working up a 147gr XTP 9mm load this weekend to test next week.

My 62gr .223 load is getting polished. I think I've got roughly the right load, but I need to narrow it in. Still low on velocity. Only getting about 2740fps out a 16". But I am running .5gr (.6?) under max for CFE223 on it for my top load. So I am going to bump it up some.

I did load up 75 grounds of 38spc a few weeks ago now that I have a load figured out for my revolver.

Just spending all my range time and bench time working out what loads work for my guns and not a lot just cranking out rounds. I am hoping to do that sooner rather than later though. Other than 9mm Makarov I sure have plenty of used brass to load up.

    Inventory!

I'm getting my reloading presses dusted off and set up after a bit of a hiatus. I have a Dillon 550B Progressive and an RCBS Rockchucker. I've had the Dillon set up for 45ACP and .223 (I have a 9mm conversion kit on order). I'll have the Rockchucker set up for .308.
