    Sheesh, interesting details guys. I usually make sure if it’s in my car that ammo and firearms are in different secured containers of some sort figuring I’m set for worst case scenario then. Firearm laws are such a damn mess that the casual shooter stands almost no chance of always being legal.

    Except that MD does have Castle Doctrine either.

    There is no LAW on it. Only the precepts of Common Law and previous court cases setting a precedent.
